JEA Provides electric and water service for the community, new owners and residents only need to set-up electric service in their name as water and sewer charges will be billed by Oates Energy. All Condominiums are required to maintain electric service at all times, even if the condominium is unoccupied. Please contact the management office if you have questions about this requirement.

Oates Energy is a utility billing service the Association uses to read the individual water meters and bill residents. Each unit has its own sub-meter and billing is based on water consumption and billed at current JEA rates. Unit owners who are leasing their units will need to complete a Lease Addendum and turn this into the main office along with the executed lease.
